hanrahan Meyers architects are pleased to announce their design for the Dune House. The future house is being designed as a state-of the-art Green Residence, to include solar panels; recycled grey water systems; and a sophisticated system of natural ventilation. The house site is located in Amagansett, New York, in an environmentally sensitive area with dunes. Sustainable design consultation for the Dune House is being provided by : .
The house will feature a structural glass pool with concrete floor which simulates the local dunes.
