In 2011 Victoria Meyers architect (hMa), working in collaboration with Michael Schumacher, helped to develop a sound score for WaTER, which was transcribed onto the glass facade of their building, DWi-P, located at Battery Park City's North Neighborhood.
When the firm started the process of designing the urban fabric in Battery Park City's North Neighborhood, the area was primarily unbuilt. hMa developed an overall master plan for the North Neighborhood that created a new fabric of integrated parks and greenery mixed with new high-rise residential development.
