Won Dharma Center is designed by Ms. Meyers to have Zero Carbon Footprint, and the architects placed the five buildings on the site in an area where rock mining operations took place, and the built area of the site is a Brownfield abatement. The project was designed to have a Platinum LEED level of green and sustainable design features.
