DWi-P, Digital Water i-Pavilion, is preparing to open. The project features two pools, in a room faced with bluestone from upstate New York. Water is a theme of the building, which has two major public features: a 500-foot long glass wall etched with the composition WaTER by composer Michael Schumacher, and a green roof, an occupiable plaza roof where visitors can sit and watch sports on the Battery Park City Ballfields.
